PayPay for Developers FAQ

I cannot top up upon payment. No screen to prompt for top up is displayed.

All the following conditions need to be satisfied to top up:
1. Identity verification (eKYC) is done for the account,
2. A bank account for top up has been registered, and
3. The balance amount is less than the purchase price.
If any of the conditions above is not satisfied, you cannot top up.
